On Garden Drive (between Emory St. & Naglee Ave.) Look for table set up and Wastahi sign.

TO CAMP (7/14):

- Check-in opens at 8:30am.

- Bus departs by 9:30am

 

Check-in procedure:

Please form line and social distance between families.

- 1st table = rapid test, proceed to next table as test processes. 

- 2nd table = Check-in, you will receive cabin colored bag tags for belongings and drop off all medications to camp nurse. Here you may ask any questions, drop off pre written letters, and clarify any medication use.

- Drop bags in designated zone

- Please wait in bus loading area until bus is loaded. 

FROM CAMP (7/20): 

- Check-out opens at 11:30am

- Bus is scheduled to arrive at 12pm.

 

Note - We will notify the main contact listed on the forms by text if there are any unexpected delays. 

Check-out procedure:

Please form line at check-out table

- You will tell us your name and camper(s) you will be picking up. ID may be required.

- Here, you will pick up any medications. Some bags will arrive on the bus with the kids 

 

** If you are transporting any other child home, you MUST be listed on that child's forms or we cannot release the child to your care. **

DRIVE

- Use caution when crossing bridge. Bridge is one-lane and serves both directions of traffic and pedestrians.
- Follow signs for "Wastahi Parking"

- DRIVE VERY SLOW while on camp property.

TO CAMP (7/14):

Check-in time: 9:30-10:30am. 

**Please alert Camp Director for possible late arrival/departure**

 

Check-in procedure:

Please form line and social distance between families.

- 2nd table = Check-in, you will receive cabin colored bag tags for belongings and drop off all medications to camp nurse. Here you may ask any questions, drop off pre written letters, and clarify any medication use.

- Drop bags on the assigned cabins tarp -- Camper is introduced to their cabin leaders. As the cabin groups grow the kids will begin engaging in icebreakers and stay with their cabin group.

**Parents may linger, if desired, until bus arrives and camp programming begins.**

FROM CAMP (7/20): 

-Check out: 11:00-11:30am. 

**Please alert Camp Director for possible early/late departure**

- You will tell us your name and camper(s) you will be picking up. ID may be required.

- Here, you will pick up any medications.

- Bags will be in a designated pick-up area.

 

** If you are transporting any other child home, you MUST be listed on that child's forms or we cannot release the child to your care. **

Please Note:

     Parent/guardians or designated transporter (as designated on the registration form) must sign your camper in and out with the Camp Director. Any changes in transportation of your camper to or from camp must be brought to the camp registrar’s attention 24 hours before transport.  (408) 219-4150 (Soleil).

     If there is medication (including any OTC drugs, and supplements) traveling to camp with your camper, you must check it in at this time.  All medication must be contained within a zip-top bag labeled with the camper’s name.  If there are special instructions, include as a note in the medication zip-top bag.  You may go over any instructions with the nurse at check-in. 

     Please remember that all electronics, including cell phones, (with the exception of the optional camera) are not allowed at camp.
